1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery/purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unaltered, with original packaging and receipt.

2. Exceptions

  • Items like custom-made products may not be returnable unless defective.

3. Defective Items

  • If an item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange. We will either exchange or replace the product and re-deliver within 6–7 working days.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspected returns will result in a refund via original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund amount excludes original shipping fees (unless due to our error).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchange for the same product (if available) or store credit is possible.

  • Additional charges may apply based on price difference.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
